Carved from wood and painted in colors and partly gilded (version newer). Depiction of St. Magnus with bishop’s hat, staff and book. Long, moving robe and beard. On base, there inscription with name of the saint. Good condition according to the age. Chips and abrasions on the frame, arm somewhat loose. Probably alpine / Bavarian. H. 32,5cm.

Aus Holz geschnitzt und farbig gefasst sowie teils vergoldet (Fassung neuer). Darstellung des Heiligen Magnus mit Bischofshut, Stab und Buch. Langes, bewegtes Gewand und Bart. Auf Sockel, dort Aufschrift mit Name des Heiligen. Dem Alter entsprechend guter Zustand. Chips und Abriebstellen an der Fassung, Arm etwas lose. Wohl alpenländisch / bayerisch. H. 32,5cm.
